About Us
BML Healthcare Ltd has been running care homes as a Management Company since 1990. During this time, we have managed homes in most counties throughout England and Wales and project managed new build start-ups.

Our current and future focus is on the long-term management of care homes for clients and investors who do not wish to be involved in the day-to-day management of their business asset.

We have extensive knowledge of the new National Standards and have an excellent relationship with CSCI Inspectors across the country. This enables us to be well equipped to steer all of the homes we manage to meet these standards.

We also specialise in forensic and analytical work looking at Care Homes accounts and have extensive knowledge of all aspects of Welcome to BML Healthcare Ltd the income and expenditure relating to care homes of all types and sizes.

Barry Lambert - Managing Director Barry Lambert - Managing Director
Barry founded BML in 1990 following a successful career in the NHS as a Clinical Psychologist. He has over 20 years experience in managing care homes and prides himself on offering a personal, professional service to all the clients BML look after. His core strengths are his analytical skills and hands on approach.
Christine Lambert - Director
Christine co-founded BML with Barry and also has over 20 years experience in managing care homes including 10 years as the owner and day-to-day manager of her own care home. She has extensive purchasing experience and fully understands the demands and requirements of running a home.

Mark Goodman – Director & General Manager
Mark joined BML Healthcare in 2008 and has 20 years experience of working in the independent and statutory sectors. During this time Mark spent 10 years in the regulation of both health and social care services, most recently with CSCI. Before joining BML Healthcare Mark owned a consultancy business and tackled a number of projects specifically aimed at the improvement of service delivery and standards.

Sharon Smith - Administration Manager
Sharon has worked for BML since 1995 and manages all of the administrative functions for all the homes. She is the core liaison with all the homes for all administrative matters. Sharon has extensive personnel experience, is very organised and pays particularly good attention to detail.
